Best Post if the Week: Week Forty Five

It's time to link in your best post of the week!

The purpose of this column is to make it easier to keep up with each other's blogs, so that even if we don't have time to read all of the Alabama Blogger blogs every day, at least we get the week's highlights.

So, link up, tell us why you linked that post, and let's start reading! And remember - the best way to get new blogging friends is to comment on other people's posts, so be sure to say "hi" to your neighbors when you visit!

p.s. - please feel free to interpret "this week" as loosely as you like!

My "best" post of the week? Well, really, it's my only post of the week, if you discount the quickie MMS post with a picture of some died Easter eggs last Saturday. But it has some practical advice (on how not to get scammed), some interesting "news" about airlines (in case you missed it), and a more "real" part about the Aral Sea (or lack thereof), including an embedded video (not of my own creation, but interesting to watch). Just a sample of what you may find if you wander onto my blog (or may not, as I've been very irregular in my blogging of late).

Seriously...I stink at linking :-)

I am NOT featuring the Other Mama, although she is snazzy. My "best" post is how you are forsaken in your mid-thirties.

I have three this week ...

7. Wade on Birmingham - some details and guesses on Lilith Fair coming to Birmingham in the fall.

8. Media of Birmingham - just updated the story: entire Portico magazine staff resigns.

9. Birmingham Blogging Academy - your secret bonus Twitter followers.

Looking forward to seeing your posts.

Aside from offering birthday wishes, I haven't written a post this week! Say it, I know you want to... "Baaaaaaad blogger."

To all of my Alabama blogging peeps, have a wonderful weekend!

I'm so proud of the two young people who have a heart for the foster children of Lee County. Please help them by reading about their project and vote every day in the month of April!
